2. Buyer's Premium: A buyer's premium of 5% W/a Cap of $1000 will be charged on all equipment purchased through an online platform. IN PERSON PURCHASE WILL NOT HAVE BUYERS PREMIUM. Payment of ALL equipment is due at the time of pick-up. ALL PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS WEDNESDAY May 17th (Equipment must be removed from the Property NO LATER than Wednesday May 17th). Canning Auctions accepts Wire Transfer, Cash, good Check, Cashiers Check and Credit Card/Debit card (addtional 4%). The UNPAID INVOICE (W/ hammer price plus 5% BP) will be emailed to the winning bidder at the close of the online auction.

3. You must be eighteen years old or older to register. In order to bid at this auction you will need to register and create a user name and password. Bidders agree to keep their username and password confidential as they are responsible for any and all activity involving their account. Our services are available only to, and may only be used by individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Bidding rights are provisional and if identity verification is questionalbe, Canning Auctions LLC has the right to reject the registration and bidding activity will be terminated. 4. Bidders understand that if they bid on-line only and bidding relies on devices and programs that may malfunction without warning. In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software, internet or any other auction related technologies, Canning Auctions LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding or close the bidding.
