Payment must be made at pickup the day of pickup. If you don't pick up your items at the posted pick up times your credit card will be charged! If you do not pick up your items at the posted pickup times - your card will be charged and you will be charged a $20 service fee. If we have to move your items at pickup to our location you will be charged a additional fee! TITLES: Titles will be mailed to buyer with in 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:00pm CDT at a rate of 5 lots per minute ON Tues. May 30th - 7 PM ! . The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 3 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot. Load Out will be held on Wes May 31st 2-6:30 PM (NO EXCEPTIONS) Any items left after the specified load out date will be considered forfeited. We will not be offering any additional load out dates or times. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools & moving equipment. Some items may be in the basement!
