This auction includes Knives, Swords, Shears, & Blades We must verify every customer's age with photo ID. If you are picking up in person, you must bring a copy of the photo ID of the customer named on the invoice, as well as your own photo ID. If you require shipping, you must send an email with your invoice attached and a copy of your photo ID to auctions@tryC2.com by 4:00 pm on Tuesday 5/16. If an item requires a concealed carry weapons permit, we will need to receive a copy of that as well. Shipping requestors: C2 Management reserves the right to refund any items that are not legal to sell to a customer in your state. Any questions about shipping can be directed to Rachel at 540-931-9235 or rkessler@tryc2.com. Blades were measured in acordance with AKTI protocol, rounding to the nearest 1/8 of an inch. Folding knives are labelled with their locking mechanism and "automatic" or "assisted opening" when applicable. All items and lots are being sold as is, where is. Items do not include any form of warranty or guarantee. The seller does its best to describe the items as accurately as possible and does not assume fault for inaccurate descriptions. It is the customer’s responsibility to view, inspect and test the items on inspection day or on pickup day before removing the items from the facility. If a customer does not inspect the items there will NOT be a refund for inaccurate information. The customer is responsible for obtaining the functional condition, cosmetic condition, size, weight and ensuring proper quantities. The customer is responsible for loading their own purchases in/on their vehicle. They must bring their own help if help is needed. Payment Terms
At the end of this auction the card on file will automatically be charged the full sales price plus buyers premium and applicable sales tax. Buyer will also be charged for a 3% Credit Card processing fee. The fee is attached on top of the 10% buyers premium on your invoice. Currently we only accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover payments.

Shipping will take place as quickly as C2 Management can get to the items. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange payment for shipping. If you plan on having items shipped out you must forward your invoice to auctions@tryc2.com by the end of pickup day. Buyer is responsible for payment on shipping quote prior to shipping. Handling Fee will be included in the shipping cost. YOU MUST BRING A COPY OF YOUR INVOICE FOR PICKUP. Without an original copy from email or print you will be turned away. Pictures will not be accepted. C2 staff will not be available to carry items or load them in/on your vehicle. Buyer must request shipping by the end of the pickup date following the Pickup/Shipping terms. If terms are not me the items will be considered forfeit and buyer will not receive a refund.
