15% buyer's premium applies to all items. Items begin a soft close on THURSDAY, April 20th at 8 Eastern/7 Central Time. Pickup: FRIDAY, April 21st from 4:45p.m-6:00 p.m. and SATURDAY, April 22nd from 11PM to 1:00pm ONLY (Please bring help to load as we will not be able to assist loading). Pick up is at 92 East Main in Rienzi, MS 38865. Preview:Items are available for preview on Saturday, April 15th from 2 to 3 at 92 Main Street in Rienzi, MS 38865 DISCLAIMER: Buyer must pick up items within the specified time frame stated. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied by South Estate Auctions or anyone representing South Estate Auctions. It is the buyers responsibility to inspect all items prior to bidding. All sales are final. ALL ITEMS SELL AS-IS. By bidding on any item, the bidder shows acceptance of the terms of the auction. NONPAYMENT: A public bid with a licensed Auctioneer is a binding contract. In the event of non-payment of items, the bidder shall assume all court costs associated with collection of payment in court. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Alcorn County, MS. SALES TAX: Mississippi Sales Tax of 7% will be charged on all Lots. The ONLY exception is if we have your Tax Exempt Number on file. AUCTION ENDING: Soft Close: This auction has a soft close feature, meaning if a bid is placed within the last minute of a lot closing then bidding will be extended an additional 3 minutes. This prevents "sniping". Stagger Close: This auction features a stagger close which means items end in several second increments. Each auction may have a different stagger time amount. larger auctions will have a smaller stagger time to ensure the entire auction ends in a timely manner. An example of a stagger close is this. The auction is set to start ending at 6pm. This does not mean all lots will end at 6pm. If the stagger time is set to 10 seconds then lot 1 will end at 6:00:00pm, lot 2 will end at 6:00:10, lot 3 will end at 6:00:20 and so on until all lots have ended. Note: bidding can extend on a lot if a bid is placed withing the last minutes of the item ending. See the paragraph above to explain the "soft close' feature. SECOND DISCLAIMER: All items purchased must be picked up and paid for on the specified day and time. No exceptions. We are a streamlined Auction House and there will be no one on site to help load items be they small or large. Please come prepared to load your own items. PAYMENT: Your card on file with HiBid will be charged upon completion of the Auction on the night OF the auction. Any declined payments will receive a $25 processing fee. In case of declined payment, CASH only will then be accepted on day of pickup unless you call us to pay by phone beforehand. In either case, the $25 processing fee is added. Even if your items are being shipped, you will be charged upon completion of the Auction. If you INTEND to pay CASH on the day of pickup, please notify us before the final day of the auction as we process cards the night of. SHIPPING: Yes, any item can be shipped. BUT, please realize we run an active auction house, sell items weekly, and sell via hibid as a small family operation. It can therefore, take up to 3 weeks to ship. Please contact us via email if you will need shipping BEFORE the items close so we can make plans pack your invoice. Shipping has increased dramatically at a rapid rate in the past few months and packing supplies have sky-rocketed. Even small USPS flat rate boxes are now north of 20 bucks. Your payment will be processed on the evening of the auction's close for the invoice amount. Your Lot items will then be packed up when we get the opportunity. We will charge $5 per box for shipping to cover labor and materials. We will contact you with the total after the items have been prepped for shpping. You must have a good number and email on file to arrange shipping. For bulky or heavy items, please anticipate LARGE shipping fees. Again, PLEASE contact us BEFORE bidding if you are going to require shipping in order to receive an ESTIMATE (this will not be the exact amount as too many factors go into shipping costs but it will give you an idea) of your shipping costs. UNCLAIMED ITEMS: ANY ITEMS PAID FOR AND NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 30 DAYS WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND RESOLD TO PAY THE STORAGE FEE. AGE REQUIREMENT: Bidders must be 18 in order to participate in the Auction. BIDDER INFORMATION AND SECURITY: All registration information the bidder provides to South Estate Auctions shall be current, complete, and accurate. All bidders are responsible for any bids placed under their bidding numbers and passwords. The security of bidder information is the responsibility of the bidder. Bidders must notify South Estate Auctions if they believe that their bidder number and password have been compromised. TECHNICAL PROBLEMS: South Estate Auctions is not responsible for any software, bidding platform, or internet connection issues. The auctioneer has the authority to pause, delay, postpone, extend, or remove an auction at any time deemed necessary. In the event of technical issues and the online auction closes prematurely South Estate Auctions will attempt to activate the auction and allow it to continue to be active until the contractual closing. The auctioneer reserves the right to extend the closing date and time in these extenuating circumstances. The bids will continue as they were prior the unexpected closing.
