REGISTRATION & IDENTIFICATION: During registration, Information is obtained to verify you before you can bid. Credit card information is collected to ensure you are a qualified buyer and of legal age to bid.
PAYING FOR YOUR PURCHASES: There is no cost to register. Your credit card will not be charged unless you are successful bidder. If you win a lot, your credit card will be charged with the winning bid amount, plus applicable Buyers Premium and taxes.
DECLINED CREDIT CARDS- SALE WILL BE DECLINED FOR NON-PAYMENT AND NOTED ON PUBLIC HIBID DATABASE FOR OTHER AUCTIONEERS
BIDDING: All bids are final. If you are a winner, your credit card will be charged at the close of the auction.
MAXIMUM BID. If you chose to leave a maximum bid and the item sells below your maximum you will only be charged the final bid amount.
SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS will be notified VIA E-MAIL by the morning following the auction. Your credit card will be charged for the price of the item(s) you have won plus buyers' premium and applicable taxes.
PICKUPS & REMOVALS: ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED DURING SPECIFIED CHECKOUT TIMES OR THE ITEM WILL BE DEEMED ABANDONED.
SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS -We provide shipping -ENSURE YOU ENTER THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS! WE DO NOT PROVIDE SHIPPING QUOTES. PLATO AUCTIONS will charge a packing fee of $10 per box - if some items are very breakable or large, these will be shipped via UPS service which includes packing and insurance. PLATO AUCTIONS are not responsible for shipping issues (including loss/damage during shipping). Once the items leave our location we are no longer responsible and shipping is at your own risk.

Auction Terms & Conditions: All property is sold on an "AS IS" & "WHERE IS" basis, with all faults and ALL SALES are FINAL.
Please contact PLATO AUCTIONS with any questions regarding the various lots. It is the Bidder's responsibility to perform due diligence on any items they are bidding on. PLATO AUCTIONS strives to describe the merchandise on each auction lot auction but makes no representations. No responsibility is assumed by PLATO AUCTIONS or the seller/consignor for any errors or omissions.
PLATO AUCTIONS will do its best to resolve all legitimate disputes. If there are changes to a specific item during a sale it will be posted or removed on the Web site. in the case of a tie during webcast/floor bidder; the floor bidder bid is honored
PERSONAL AND PROPERTY RISKS. The BUYER expressly agrees to indemnify and save PLATO AUCTIONS, the Seller and their assigns harmless from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damage or liability, directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from an act, including the negligent acts or omissions of PLATO AUCTIONS., or anyone acting in his/her behalf in connection with or arising out of auction. All bidders/buyers must be of legal age. Bidding through PLATO AUCTIONS online/webcast auctions, you are acknowledging agreement with the terms above.
