Please read the terms below and understand that by registering and bidding on this auction you are aware of the pickup dates, payment methods, and particular instructions given for certain lots on the auction. *Pick-up is on Monday, April 24 & 25 from 9am to 6:00pm.. (NO PICK UP ON SUNDAY 04/23/23) *Invoices will be sent to the email you registered to bid with and sent out after the close of the auction. If you do not have one by Monday morning, please check your junk mail or spam folders. *This firearms auction contains 475 guns! Monday will be a very busy and full day of background checks. This is a two day check so please feel free to come tueday! *Guns are sold as is, with none being previously test fired by the company. Iman Auction Company will disclose any known defects of which it has been informed of, or noticed in the visual inspection and normal handling of the firearms. *Reloaded ammunition- Please understand that when purchasing reloaded ammo there is a chance of the rounds being faulty or dangeous! We did our best to inspect and disclose ammo that appeared to have a defect. Once again we are human and rounds could have issues. Inspect your purchases (reloaded ammo) before leaving the building! *ATF paperwork (4473) and NICS background checks must be completed by the winning bidder whom is registered ONLY. Example - Don't send your wife to do your paperwork if she isn't the one doing the bidding! *Gun buyers requiring shipping must provide a signed copy of an FFL license with which guns are to be shipped. Please note which address on the FFL is the business shipping address. *All gun buyers are required to present a valid government issued photo ID with current address (if ID has old address, supplemental government issued supporting documents can be used, i.e. vehicle registration). *All ammunition buyers are required to present a valid government issue photo ID to prove age (18 for long gun ammo & 21 for pistol ammo) at pick up or before shipment. Ammo buyers wishing to have ammo shipped, please provide a copy of the front and back of your ID via email to sold@imanauction.com. Buyers wishing to have items shipped need to notify the auction company by phone or email at sold@imanauction.com. Shipping charges are the actual cost of shipping PLUS a handling fee of $10 per package for items shipping in padded envelopes and USPS flat rate boxes OR $25 per package for larger items requiring custom packing. Guns will be shipped in a gun box and a flate rate of $10 will be charged per gun plus the actual shipping charge. We do our best to combine shipping on multiple items and make it as affordable as possible for you. Shipping is not available for any large items, so if you have a question about an item's size relative to shipping, please ask before bidding. We do not ship internationally. *10% Buyers Premium on Online Sales, MO residents subject to sales tax.

Purchases and settling of unpaid invoices may be done by credit or debit card or personal check or cash. Please call our office or email sold@imanauction.com to arrange payment ONLY if you are unable to pick up during the scheduled date and time. We ask that you arrange payment within 48 hours of auction close. If you do not make arrangements (which is frowned upon!), we assume you wish us to charge your credit card the invoice amount and the 3% convenience fee. Payment Terms: Cash or Good Check, Master Card/Discover/Visa. Positive identification is required. Not responsible for accidents or sold items. Statements auction day take precedence over advertising. PLEASE NOTE there is a 10% Buyers Premium on all online sales.

Items shipped will start on Wed Apr 26th Invoices will be sent to the email that you registered to bid with and sent out after the close of the auction.
