All payments are in US dollars. Credit cards on file will be charged at the end of the auction. The exception will be any vehilces where wire transfer or cash payment are mandatory.
There is no shipping for this auction. You must bring help to load your items. This is a large property with multiple floors and a very long haul to the exits of property. We will do our best to remove items to the front door and the garage. From there, it is expected for you to load into your own vehicle. Customers are not allowed in the house unless otherwise stated. Due to the procedures listed, please allow for more time than expected. For larger pickups, please reach out to set up an appointment or provide your expected time of arrival to expedite your pickup, 513-827-2667. The Piano will require a professional to remove from the property. Pickup will be at 1132 River Forest Dr. Maineville, OH 45039 On April 25th-26th, 2023 from 11am to 7pm ONLY
