Auction Terms & Conditions This is an online-only auction. Lots will begin closing at 1:00 PM CST on Wednesday April 26, 2023. It is a staggered closing meaning not all lots close at once. There is also a soft close, so if someone bids in the last 2 minutes of an item closing, it will extend out another 2 minutes. You will need to sign up with a HiBid account and have a valid credit card required for bidding approval, but will have the option to pay with cash, good check, or wire transfer. No payment by credit card. Please note this auction is for pick-up only, no shipping is offered. There is 10% Buyers Premium, with a cap of $1,000 per item, that will be added to the final purchase price for payment by cash, check or wire transfer. Sales Tax Charged if Applicable. Acceptable payment methods are cash, good check (Letter of credit may be required if buyer is unknown to the auction company), or wire transfer. Auction company reserves the right to request a wire transfer for any payment if necessary. Items will need to be picked up from the location on the pick up day of Friday April 28th from 9 AM to 5 PM. All items are sold AS IS and it is up to the buyers to examine to the best of their ability. The auction company has done our best to describe the item and flaws or defects, but there is no warranties or guarantees on the items, expressed or implied and will not be held responsible for errors or omissions in descriptions. No returns, all sales are final. Buyer will not initiate chargebacks for any reason. Sweeney Auction Service reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction if necessary. The auction company reserves the right to decline bidders if necessary. Online only bidding is a service that is provided and bidders acknowledge and understand that it may not function properly.
