This Auction consist of Engine, Transmissions, rearends, Machine tools, tools of all kinds, some nice household items, trailers, tractors, and so much more! We highly encourage you to come out on Preview days and inspect items personally.
TERMS OF SALE (unless otherwised noted or announced at live auction) 1.UCash, Wire Transfer, or Approved Check payments only. We have provided time and opportunity for all buyers to inspect the items before they bid AND this is the BUYER’S responsibility. All items will be sold in the “as-is” condition. Items have been described to the best of the family's knowledge of the items. 3. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increments he feels is in the best interest of his client, the Seller. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the Seller. 4. Seller will be there to assist with loading. Delivery can be discussed for a fee, Delivery agreements will be between buyer and seller, True Grit will not be involved with delivery.
