If you miss your pickup appointment, your credit card on file will be charged. • Forms of Payment: All items must be paid for at Heritage, 6877 Gadsden Hwy, Trussville AL 35173. (A) If you wish to pay by CASH or CERTIFIED FUNDS, we must receive your Cash or Certified Funds payment by Fri May 5th at 6pm, otherwise your credit card on file will be charged. (B) VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS. Card must be present and in users name. Bidder waives their right to initiate a charge-back on their credit card for any reason. In the event of large internet credit purchases of $500 or more and to reduce credit card fraud, Heritage will require copies of the Bidder's driver's license and credit card front and back. Credit cards are not accepted in the case of purchases of $1000 or more that is to be shipped or on items that are to be titled outside of Alabama - wire transfers are the preferred method of payment in these instances. (C) If you wish to pay by WIRE TRANSFER we must receive your Wire Transfer confirmation by Fri May 5th at 6pm, otherwise your credit card on file will be charged. Keep in mind that most bank's wire departments are not open on the weekend/holidays and it usually takes 24hrs for a wire to be completed. (D) If you wish to pay by PERSONAL/COMPANY CHECK, we must receive your Check payment by Fri May 5th at 6pm, otherwise your credit card on file will be charged. Heritage accepts Checks ONLY with a verifiable Bank Letter of Guarantee. Letter must contain wording that your bank will "guarantee payment" of your check. This is not the same as a letter of available funds or of good standing. We will need to receive the letter during banking hours, when we can verify it through a publicly published number or your items will be held until the letter can be verified. If you cannot meet these requirements, please choose another form of payment. (E) If you miss your pickup appointment, your credit card on file will be charged regardless of your preferred payment method. • ONLINE Buyer's Premium & Convenience Fee: For all ONLINE bidders, a 10% internet premium will be added to all items, with an additional 3.5% conveience fee for use of credit/debit card. • Titled Vehicles: There is a $25 Doc Fee for all titled vehicles (lot descriptions indicate if titled). Your title application will be mailed to you within 10 business days, unless otherwise stated in the item's description. If you are a dealer or an out-of-state purchaser, your title will be mailed to you within 10 business days, unless otherwise stated in the item's description. • Jewelry: All measurements and weights given are estimates. We do not acid test for gold purity but rely on markings. • Firearms/Firearms Shipping: Buyers are responsible for knowing the rules and regulations of the state in which they live pertaining to the ownership of firearms. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! If a firearm is purchased and the background check is deny or the firearm cannot be shipped to the buyer's state, the buyer is still responsible for payment of said firearm and the firearm will be sold at our next scheduled firearm auction and under normal contract. Descriptions are based on a visual inspection of the item. We have made no examination of any internal mechanical workings or firing mechanisms. You should have your firearms inspected and serviced by a qualified gunsmith. Firearms must be pickup up in person (pistol/revolver pickup available only to AL residents) or shipped to the FFL Licensee of the buyer's choice. All shipping and insurance will be charged to the buyer and will be at the carrier's published rates plus up to $5 per box (up to $9 per long gun box) for packing supplies. No firearm will be shipped until a signed copy of the appropriate FFL license is emailed or faxed to Heritage Realty & Auction Co Inc. Due to some carriers' shipping restrictions, shipping for ammo/powder/primer is only available through FedEx. AK and HI will not allow us to ship ammo/powder/primers. • Shipping: Is available on most small items that can be shipped by USPS or UPS/FedEx Ground. No shipping quotes are given prior to the auction. Shipping will be at the carrier's published rates plus insurance plus up to $5 per box, up to $9 per long gun box, for packing supplies. Whenever reasonably possible, we will combine shipping and use the most economical shipping method. If you prefer to use your own shipper account, you may email us the labels - please request the box weight and dimensions before ordering your labels, PLEASE KEEP IN MIND WHEN PURCHASING ITEMS THAT ARE HEAVY, OVERSIZED OR ODD SHAPED, THAT THE SHIPPING & HANDLING MAY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE.
