This auction will feature a lifetime collection of Pottery Planters, Salt and Pepper Shakers, Ashtrays, Stamps, Record Albums, and much more. This will be a 2-part auction with the first selling the contents of the garage and the second the personal property inside the house. The house auction will be significantly larger than the garage listing so be sure to save us in your searches. Due to the high volume of glass and breakables there will be no shipping available for this sale. There is a 10% buyer's premium added to the winning bid on all lots. This will establish the end hammer price for each lot. All items are as is where is with no expressed warranties or guarantees. We try to show everything accurately in our photos and descriptions, but all items are as is with no refunds. Pick up will be Tuesday 4/25/23 from 1 to 5pm.
