By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Any items not picked up by pick up date will be charged to credit card and Within 10 Days become property of the auction company with no refunds. A 5.50% state tax will additionaly be applied to any and all purchases unless the buyer presents tax expemt status with applicable paperwork necessary as deemed by the auction company. Additionaly a Nebraska Form 13 will also be accepted. Payment types accepted are wire transfer, credit card, cash or good check. All credit card transactions will have an addiional 4% surchage applied to the invoice price. If for any reason a buyer chooses to sue the company of Kliewer's Auction Service LLC, it must be executed at the following court house below and such person(s) cannot sue for more than the hammer value of such items: Hamilton County Court 1111 13th Street Aurora, NE 68818 In the event of any systematic issues, Kliewer's Auction Service LLC,reserves the right cancel, re-run the auction and/or lots deemed at such companies discretion.
