REGISTRATION: By registering, the bidder acknowledges they have received, read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the auction posted online and enter into a binding legal agreement with Smith & Company Auction & Realty, Inc. Bidder acknowledges and understands that internet service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Smith & Company Auction & Realty, Inc. or anyone else if their internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction.
PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS: Valid Visa or Mastercard is required for registration.
PAYMENT: Payment is required immediately following the conclusion of auction. Adjustments in sales tax (if applicable) may be made IF BIDDER NOTIFIES AUCTION COMPANY AT TIME OF REGISTRATION. We accept cash, check and Visa or Mastercard. The credit card Bidder uses to register for the auction will be charged immediately following the close of the auction. After the auction, Bidder will receive a paid receipt advising of the items won. In the event a Bidder's card is declined, an invoice will be emailed to the Bidder. Please call 580-254-3975 between the hours of 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST to pay the invoice by phone. Items may not be picked up until payment in full has been received.
BUYERS PREMIUM: There will not be a Buyer's Premium fee.
CONVENIENCE FEE: A 3% convenience fee will be added to all credit and debit card purchases.
