PLEASE BRING HELP TO LOAD YOUR ITEMS. Please bring supplies to pack your items. We do not provide labor at the time of the auction pickup.
Auction Pick-Up Tuesday April 18th, 2023 11:00am-6:00 PM & Wednesday April 19th from 9am-noon.
THIS IS A SOFT CLOSE AUCTION. AT 7:00 PM ON Monday April 17th, 2023. THE FIRST LOT WILL CLOSE AND EVERY 10 SECONDS AFTER THAT A LOT WILL CLOSE. IF A LOT RECEIVES A BID IN THE 60 SECONDS THAT IT IS CLOSING IT WILL EXTEND THE BIDDING ON THE LOT AN ADDTIONAL 60 SECONDS.
*Auction Pick Up will be Tuesday April 18th, 2023 11:00am-6:00 PM & Wednesday April 19th from 9am-noon.
* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.
* All descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed. Auctioneers will not be held liable for a description error.
* Bidder inspection is encouraged.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
* We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion.
* Buyer's premium rate charged. - 15%
* Payment types - Credit Card ( VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS)
*All items must be removed on the date listed for pick up. If items are not picked up by that time, they are forfeited and will become property of the auction company unless otherwise agreed upon.
*No packing supplies or loading help will be provided so be sure to plan ahead to bring the items / people that you need
*If you bid on items and your credit card declines, and you do not communicate with us and don't show up for the pick up you will be BANNED from bidding on our auctions. There is ZERO TOLERANCE with this issue. NO EXCEPTIONS!
*A working phone number MUST be provided. If we are unable to contact you via phone, text or email this could cause you to be declined from all future auctions.
* Shipping will be offered on select items in the catalog. Buyers that need shipping will be charged a $10 per lot handling fee plus the actual shipping charges and supplies. Packaging will be done to the absolute best of our ability, but buyer agrees to hold harmless Auctioneers of any damage incurred during shipping. Shipping insurance for the amount of your package is included in your shipping charges.
IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWNG THE END OF THE AUCTION, CREDIT CARDS ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED AND RECEIPTS WILL EMAILED. IF YOUR CREDIT CARD IS DECLINED AN ADDITIONAL 3 % CHARGE WILL BE ASSESED TO PROCESS A CREDIT CARD A SECOND TIME
