Payment will be by wire transfer, cash, good check or (credit card w/4% surcharge) There is a 12% buyers premium applied to all purchases. All items are sold "as is where is" with all faults. It is buyers responsibility to inspect all merchandise before bidding on items. Any mentions of model year, hours or miles stated are believed to be true but are not verified by the auction company. Bidders are encouraged to personally inspect items for sale at one of the many previews and bid their judgment. By placing a bid on an item you are agreeing to these terms. Some photos may show items that are not included in the lot being bid on. Personal inspection is offered and encouraged for buyers to confirm exactly what is included in each lot. Once the auctioneer says "sold" the bidder becomes the owner of the assett being auctioned. There is a $30 fee for returned checks.
