All firearms will be picked up at Worth Pawn and Guns LLC - 620 East Franklin St Sylvester GA 31791 - 229-776-0116.
Pick Up will be available:
Saturday, April 15th from 1:30pm to 6:00pm
Sunday, April 16th from 1:30pm to 5:00pm
Monday, April 17th thru May 15th from 10am to 4pm
TERMS FOR FIREARMS
There will be a $25.00 (Cash Only) processing fee per firearm paid to Worth Pawn and Guns LLC. at time of firearm pick up/shipping. - No exceptions
All items sell "as is, where is" with no guarantees or warranties express or implied. All purchases are considered verified by the purchaser as to grade and authenticity. Descriptions of items are believed to be correct and are provided in good faith but are matters of opinion and not guaranteed. The purchaser will rely solely on his/her judgment in any purchase.
All firearms sales are subject to Federal Firearms Regulations. Purchasers will be required to complete all necessary forms in order to facilitate firearm transfers. Firearms will be transferred by and picked up at Worth Pawn and Guns LLC. - 620 East Franklin Street #B Sylvester GA 31791. All firearms sales will be subject to purchaser's criminal background check. Purchasers with a Federal Firearms License or current Georgia Firearms License are exempt from background checks. Certified copies of documents must be presented at registration.
FIREARMS SHIPPING
All firearms not received in person must be shipped to a FFL Dealer. Firearms will be shipped priority insured by Worth Pawn and Guns LLC. to Buyer's designated FFL Dealer via US Postal Service. Charges for packaging, shipping, and insurance will be $40 per gun payable to 3G's Auction Company in advance of shipment. Buyers must contact Worth Pawn & Guns LLC. to arrange for shipment of firearms (229)-776-0116. Any Bidder desiring to have their firearm(s) shipped to a licensed FFL Dealer must provide Worth Pawn and Guns LLC. with written authorization (faxed or mailed) from their designated FFL Dealer which request the transfer and shipment of the specific firearm(s) to the designated FFL Dealer for transfer to the Bidder, along with a current copy of the designated FFL Dealer's Federal Firearms License. Firearms not picked up or shipped by 5:00 P.M., May 1st, 2023 are subject to a $10.00 per day storage fee. Firearms not picked up or shipped by 5:00 P.M., May 15th will be considered abandoned and returned to the City of Sylvester. No Refunds.
* Items not paid for or picked up during the allotted times are subject to a storage handling fee.
* Shipping fees at buyers expense.
* Required documents provided for vehicle purchase will be available after 10 business days upon successful paid invoice.
