3.5% Credit Card Fee will be charged for your purchases immedietly follwoing the Auction if other arrangments are not made prior to the start of Auction Close. Large items such as Vehicles, Plows or Truck Purchases may be paid for via Wire Transfer, Cashiers Check prior to pickup of your item.
When placing Bids, the Bidder is accepting that the item meets their satisfaction or have chosen not to examine the item in person and accept it as is.
All items will be "Picked Up" at the Sale Location by the Buyer or his Representaive. Pickup address will be provided to winning Bidders.
Latimer Auction does not test or guarentee condition/authenticity or genuineness of items, inspections are encouraged by Bidder prior to the Auction. All Descriptions are believed to be true & correct with pictures being part of the item description. Each item sells in "As Is" condition, by Bidding on an item you have agreed to accept the item in it's "As Is" condition.
Pickup Date: Saturday April 18th -12:00 Noon till 6:00pm, in Ft. Dodge, IA. Location will be sent to winning Biddrs. If you need to have your items shipped, please contact us before the end of pickup time to let us know you arranging transportation. Skid Loader & Operator will be on hand the 18th to assist in loading.
Lots not picked up or having arrangments made, on or before the specified pickup Date/Time, will be considered abandoned & forfeited, they will then become the property of Latimer Auction, with no refunds.
By bidding you have made a commitment to purchase items and have entered into a legal contract, Bids cannot be cancelled or retracted for any reason. Non-paying Bidders or frauduant Bidders are subject to legal actions and will be barred from future Auctions. Sorry no International Bidding/Shipping on this Auction.
Latimer Auction shall not be liable for any missed bids, ommissions or electronic issues during the course of the Auction.
If the Plows are sold separate from the Pickups, the Owner asks for an appointment to pickup your Plow or Truck so he has time to separate the controls,mounts and plow from the truck.
If coming to view the Sweepers, Plows & Trucks, Only the Owners with you present, will be allowed to Operate the Equipment due to Insurance Restrictions.
Latimer Auction rserves the right to stop the Auction prior to it's close if in the best interests of the Seller.
