Our best efforts are made to represent all items accurately in descriptions and photographs; however, all items are ultimately sold on an 'as is, where is' basis, with all faults. We strongly encourage all bidders to personally verify the condition of each item during the scheduled preview times. No responsibility is assumed by John D Johnson Auctions or its employees,or the seller for any errors or omissions. No claims regarding goods purchased will be allowed. Bidders are reminded that all goods are sold on an 'as is, where is' basis, with all faults. If you are the successful high bidder, you own the item and will be responsible for full payment. Payment and pickup as noted in Auction Details. 10% Internet Bidding Fee in Effect to a maximum of $1000.00 per item 5% internet Bidding Fee on Bulls Payment will be Cheque with proper ID, Interac, Cash, E-Transfer . There will be no shipping available for this auction. Any items not picked up by 4:00 PM on Sunday April 16, 2023 will be considered abandoned and will become property of John D Johnson Auctions. Unless other arrangements have been made for pick up with John or Greg. Owner or Auctioneers are not responsible for accidents the day of viewing or day of pickup. In case of Tie Bid we will put the Articles up again between the Tie Bidders ( Live Auctions only) Terms are Cash , Cheque with ID, E- transfer , Debit card. Payments to be made at pickup or E transfer before pickup. Social distancing rules ineffect . Please bring emailed invoice with you at time of pick up. Nothing will be removed with out paid invoice. If you purchase a large item and it requires help to move please bring help with you. There will be 13% Hst on all items, plus 10% Internet Bidding Fee to a maximum of $1000.00 per item
