1 - All purchases must be paid in full before any merchandise is removed from sale site.
Accepted methods of payment are:
E-Transfer, Cash, Cheques with proper Identification, debit, Credit card with 3% convenience fee.
Wire transfer.
Payment and pick up day is April 14th and 15th 8:30AM - 5:00 PM or by appointment. NO SUNDAY PAYMENT OR PICKUP

2 — All posters and catalogues are merely a guide, bidders rely on their own inspection to verify age, condition and authenticity of merchandise. The description as to condition or otherwise is in no way a warranty or a guarantee, actual or implied. Neither the auctioneer nor the owner are responsible for any errors in description, year or condition.
3 — Any dispute arising as to any bidding shall be determined by the auctioneers at their sole discretion.
4 — The auctioneers reserve the right to refuse any applicant for a bidding card, the privilege of bidding by number at this auction sale and to revoke such privileges at any time.
5 — No equipment is to be removed until complete settlement is made.
6— After any item has been sold, it becomes the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
7 — All sales are final. The highest bidder shall be the purchaser and no bidder shall retract his bid.
9— Anyone issuing Unrau Auctions Ltd. NSF cheque or stopping payment on a cheque, will be liable for charges and will pay all costs.
10 — We, Unrau Auctions Ltd., will not be responsible for any person or persons being injured on sale site.
11 — Unrau Auctions Ltd. does not carry insurance on any equipment left on Sale Site.
12— In accordance with the privacy act, I authorize Unrau Auctions Ltd. to use my personal information if necessary.
