1. Online bidding starts Saturday April 1st and Ends Saturday April 15th beginning at 6:00PM EST for the first lot using a soft close process every minute. Bidding will be extended on any lot if there is a bid within the last minute. 2. Items can be previewed on location at Washington Street, Bovard , PA 15619 on Tuesday April 11th from 10:00AM to 2:00 PM or with prior arrangements with the auctioneer. Signs will be posted. 3. Payment and Pickup will be made on location at Washington Street, Bovard, PA 15619 on Sunday April 16th from 9:30am to 5:00pm.. Signs will be posted 4. There is a 13 % buyers premium for winning bids 5. Winning bids will receive an invoice after the close of the auction. Payment is due at the time of pick up on Sunday April 16th. Credit cards and cash are accepted. Cards accepted include MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover only 6. A 3% Fee will be charged for CC users. 5% for American Express 7. SHIPPING: Shipping available is available for most small items with a materials and handling fee of $10 per BOX plus actual shipping cost using the lowest cost service as much as possible. The Seller, or any of the Seller’s agents or employees, or HIT Auctions LLC or any of its agents or employees, shall not be liable to the Buyer or to Buyer’s agents, employees, contractors, or any other persons or entities acting on their behalf in connection with such removal of the Property, for any loss, damage, personal injury or death, of any kind or character to them arising either from the use of the property of the Seller pursuant to the License granted herein, or caused by any alleged defect or condition in any building, structure, equipment or facility, or any condition on the land of the Seller, any of which are alleged to be the cause of or contributing to the aforementioned loss, damage or personal injury or death. In addition, the Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller and HIT Auctions LLC and their respective agents, servants and employees of and from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expenses, personal injury or death of any person or persons arising out of, or relating to the removal of the above described Property.
