Buyers are responsible for conducting their own inspection during open house/inspection periods, and no allowance will be made for inadvertent errors in cataloging, authenticity, or imperfections not specifically noted. It is in your best interest as the buyer to conduct your own inspection prior to bidding. A failure to do so is part of your responsibility as an online buyer and Clayton Auction Co. will not be held liable for any imperfections you might find upon delivery of your item. All sales are final ~ a bid is a legally binding contract between purchaser and Clayton Auction Co. The auction company reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason.Clayton Auction Co. will not be held responsible in the event of any type of internet/computer malfunction while an auction is in progress. Buyer Premium: The buyers premium listed above will apply to all winning online bidders. Winning bidders will receive an emailed invoice from the auction company within 24 hrs. of the end of auction. All accounts must be settled within 72 hrs. Wire Transfers are the preferred payment method with a fee of $25. Checks will be accepted if delivered within the 72 hr. timeframe. Credit cards are also accepted with a 3% fee added to all credit card purchases. If you plan to pay with a credit card, call our office at 731-934-4879. There will be a $10 Background check fee per buyer. SHIPPING: Guns will be shipped by TNT Gun broker out of Selmer, TN. A $75 flat shipping fee per gun will be charged. If multiple guns are purchased, we will try to consolidate shipping fees if possible. Additional shipping costs may apply to certain states.  If payment is not received within the 72 hr. window the buyer will forfeit their rights to bid at Clayton Auction Co. in the future. All bidders must provide their name, address, daytime phone number, and email address at which they can be contacted, to insure adequate communication between Clayton Auction Co., and their purchasers throughout any transaction. General Information: The auctioneer has the sole discretion to advance and/or reject any bids, should it in his estimation prove injurious to the auction.
