Buyer's Premium: A buyers' premium of 18% of the high bid will be added to the high bid to determine the final selling price for the auction lot. Titled vehicles and watercraft CANNOT be charged with a credit card. Payment for those items must be paid with cash or certified funds.
Payment: Your credit card will be automatically charged at the conclusion of the auction. If you would like to pay using another form of payment, then be sure to indicate as such upon registering. No items removed until payment has been received by auction company. American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company, LLC accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Cashiers Check, Personal or Company Checks. No checks outside of the state of Michigan are accepted. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the buyer at time of payment and the buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property at that time. American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company, LLC reserves the right to resell any property not paid for in full by the conclusion of the stated pickup period. In any such event, the Buyer will still be responsible for payment for the original purchase and the costs of collection of this payment and/or damages resulting from the resale of the property. No credit or debit cards are accepted for invoices over $2,000. Orders that exceed that dollar amount will need to be settled with a bank wire or cash. We do NOT accept online methods of payment or credit cards on any coin/currency lots.

LOCATION: Dexter, Michigan. Actual address will be revealed to the successful bidders at the conclusion of the auction.
Pickup: All items, must be picked up on the published move out date(s). Buyers are responsible for rigging, loading, and moving all items purchased without assistance from American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company.
**Very important: With exception of previous arrangements with American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company, you MUST pick up your items on the specified date(s). If not, you understand and fully agree that you will be charged $50 per day immediately upon the last posted day for pick up for storage and any additional charges such as labor and hauling fees. Furthermore, American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company reserves the right to make attempts and resell your merchandise at any time after the published move out date(s).

Shipping: American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company does not package and ship items. However, we will drop items off to your preferred packaging and shipping company at your expense near the Brighton, Michigan area. Keep in mind that shipping can be a costly process. In such cases, you will need to pay whatever shipping company you choose directly. Large and heavy objects such as couches, tables and items not generally easy to relocate will require you to contact a shipping company that can pick up the merchandise onsite.
Auction Ending: Beginning at the stated closing time, the auction software will conclude bidding for one lot each thirty seconds in catalog order with the following exception: if a bid is placed in the last three (3) minutes remaining for that auction lot, bidding for that lot will remain open for an additional three (2) minutes. Some lots may be grouped together so that a bid on one lot will extend the time on all lots in that group.
Debt Collection and Interest Charges: The buyer agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred by American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company in its efforts to collect unpaid funds from the buyer. The buyer agrees that a fee of 10% of the outstanding balance per month be added to any unpaid balance due American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company, LLC. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Livonia, Michigan. Limitation of Liability If, for any reason, American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company is unable to make available or deliver any Purchase, or portion thereof, or documentation required in respect of any Purchase, the sole liability of American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company, if any, shall be the return of monies paid in respect of such Purchase upon its return by Purchaser.
Non Paying: In addition to the above, Understand that we are working for our seller. We have zero tolerance for non-paying bidders and we will proceeed aggressively to rectify such situations. In addition, non paying bidders information will become public information and distributed through multiple venues.
All items are sold "as is, where is" with no warranties expressed or implied. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but it is up to you to do your own due dilligence on anything prior to bidding. Bids cannot be retracted for any reason.
Age Requirement All bidders must be 18 years of age or older.
Bidder Information and Security: All registration information the bidder provides to American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company.shall be current, complete, and accurate. All bidders are responsible for any bids placed under their bidding numbers and passwords. The security of bidder information is the responsibility of the bidder. Bidders must notify American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company.if they believe that their bidder number and password have been compromised.
