** BIDDING: **
1) All submitted bids are final and irrevocable.
2) Consign Online LLC reserves the right to refuse bids from any individual.
3) 10% buyer's premium, 3% credit card processing fee, 6% state sales tax (total of 19%), AND $.25 added to the final hammer price of each card. The $.25 goes directly to the auction software on every bid placed.
** PAYMENT AND PICKUP: **
1) All cards on file are run after the auction ends.
2) Any cards on file that are declined, the buyer will be notified via email that their card was not successfully run. They will then have until 4 PM the following day to give us a call and let us know their payment plan. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting your winnings to the next highest bidder.
3) Pickup times are as follows:
Monday: 10 AM - 6 PM
Thursday: 10 AM - 4:30 PM
Friday: 3 PM - 6PM
Saturday: 3 PM - 6 PM
If the times above don't work, you can call to schedule a special appointment pickup.
4) All cards must be picked up within 7 days after the end of the auction. All cards that are not picked up will be shipped out.
5) Any parts dimmed out from the scan are a metalic color/material that doesn't show up well in scanners.
6) Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any and all purchases made with a credit card.
7) Resellers must submit an ST-101 before the conclusion of the auction. Failure to do so will result in sales tax being charged. This form can be found at: http://tax.idaho.gov/forms/EFO00149_09-30-2015.pdf
** RETURNS: **
1) All cards being sold are being sold on an "as is, where is". All cards scanned and photos are of the actual card so inspect for damages, centerness, scuffs, etc. as we will not be accepting returns.
**SHIPPING: **
1) Free shipping for orders of $40 drops the shipping label/stamp cost from the order, NOT the handling/material costs if it is being shipped with our safest shipping option toploading all the cards. Applys to orders of $40 BEFORE the handling costs and tax.
If order does not qualify for free shipping, then the cost of the label and insurance will be applied to the order.
2) All cards being shipped will be shipped as safely as possible as the default, safest shipping option. All shipping is done in-house. Downgrading to a more cost-effective but less protected shipping option is avaliable upon request.
DOWNGRADING TO A MORE COST-EFFECTIVE SHIPPING METHOD MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO END OF THE AUCTION. USE THE "MAKE A NOTE TO THE AUCTIONEER" PART OF THE REGISTRATION.
The shipping methods are as follows:
If no communciation prior to the end of the auction, we will ship all cards USPS First Class with tracking and insurance.
You can downgrade to a plain white envelope with a stamp upon request. That will save about $5 - $6 on the total bill. If we don't hear from you to confirm that downgrade, we will ship it out in the way above.
All you have to do is use the "Make a note to the auctioneer" when you are registering to bid and let us know if you want to downgrade to a cheaper shipping option. A note like, "Please ship as many cards in a PWE as possible.".
All cards are top loaded
All cards will have a $.50 fee for handling as top loading cards, both for shipped and local buyers.

Returns:
1) We are not accepting returns for cards. All card sales are sold "as is, where is".

1) By registering, bidding on, watching, and/or winning one of our lots, you are consenting to receive emails from us. You can unsubscribe in the email that is sent to prevent future emails, but this is our main way of reaching out to you and keeping you up to date on our catalogs.
