* Bidder inspection is encouraged.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
* CWPA reserves the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion.

* Buyer's premium rate charged. 3% for Items purchased online
* Payments accepted in person, check or cash, all non present payments must be made by credit card or currency pay invoice. 3.5% charge for credit card and currency pay payments. All Items must be paid within 48 hours of auction closing unless other arangements are made.
* All Items must be paid for before pickup
* Pickup days Monday - Friday 8AM till 5PM
* All shipping and trucking arrangements and cost are the responsibility of the buyer. CWPA shall in no way be held accountable for any damage cause during loading or transport.
* CWPA reserves the right to cancel and/or restart an auction in case of system failure
* In case of internet failure, misuse of internet bidding and other issues may accrue pretaining to internet bidding CWPA shall not be held responsible.
* Reserve bids will be accepted in this auction. The system will bid on your behalf up to your high bid if another bid is entered or till reserve is met.
