It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, value or any other determinative factor prior to placing a bid. Estate Treasures may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and within the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Estate Treasures be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.   Online bidders understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Estate Treasures shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Estate Treasures will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. In the case of an online auction, should there be an unexpected software, cloud server or major network outage, Estate Treasures reserves the right to pause, extend, fully reopen or cancel the auction in order to allow given auction sufficient time to run and close under normal conditions without disruption in all fairness to auction attendees, bidders & consignors.   Items may be sold with a "Reserve" (or minimum dollar amount allowing the item to sell). This Reserve and the amount may or may not be disclosed, but please contact Auctioneer with any questions including those post the auction conclusion as Reserve amounts may often be negotiable given further discussion with consignor. INVOICING An invoice and payment instructions will be sent to each buyer's registered email at the close of the auction. Please read email message completely for payment instructions. Please contact us at 615-828-7946 if you do not receive an invoice from us within 24 hours of auction close. Auction items will not be released for pickup until payment is made in full. Items/lots are to be paid in full prior to removal from auction site. All items are to be removed on the pickup date noted unless arrangement is made with the Auctioneer prior to bidding. Please bring physical or digital copy of your invoice at pickup. Bidder agrees not to stop payment on checks or disallow a sight draft and is responsible for any expenses due to collection of a bad check. In the event of a bad check the Auctioneer reserves the right to repossess, at any time, at your location, the merchandise involved. As always a bid is a contract and will be treated as such. All Bidders agree to pay stated Buyer's Premium of 15% unless otherwise noted in auction description/notes. PAYMENT All auction sales will be settled using the bidders credit card on file with HiBid. Bidders credit card on file will be charged following the conclusion of online auction. PICK UP Estate Treasures, it's agents and the property owner/Estate of the auction being held are not responsible for accidents or injuries incurred during any preview, local pickup, or other consideration pertinent to the property/ies at which the auction is being conducted. Items not picked up at the stated local pickup time/date or at another pre-arranged time frame may be shipped at buyer's expense or considered forfeited. All items not picked up will have storage, and late fees applied. Forfeited items may still incur charges to the Credit Card on file if items are not picked up within 72 hours, so please ensure that you pre-arrange an alternate pickup if available if the scheduled local pickup is not able to be attended. Estate Treasures will not provide boxes, packing material, etc so please be sure to bring your own at pickup. SHIPPING Shipping is at the buyers expense and has an additional $5 handling fee. Items that require shipping which were not eligible for such (having not been marked as "SHIPPING AVAILABLE" within individual lot details located just under pictures) will incur additional packing/handling charges or be considered forfeited as determined by the Auctioneer/3rd Party Shipping Agent. Forfeited items may incur a restocking fee (15-20% of closing total value at Auctioneer's discretion) if part of an Estate Auction. Repeated offenses of this action will result in being banned from future bidding through Estate Treasures on HiBid.com. IF CARD INFORMATION AND SHIPPING ADDRESS DO NOT MATCH ITEMS WILL NOT BE SHIPPED!
