Disclaimer
All lots are sold "As Is, Where Is", with all faults. Swenson's Auctions and the seller do not give or make any type of guarantee or warranty regarding the lots to be sold, implied or otherwise. Swenson's Auctions encourages all bidders to inspect lots in person before bidding. Swenson's Auctions is not responsible for incorrect listing information, if any. Swenson's Auctions has attempted to provide accurate descriptions of all items, however, it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition and suitability of each lot. Printed statements or descriptions by Swenson's Auctions staff are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion.
No Reserve
All lots will sell to the highest bidder without reserve.
No Buybacks
All consignors are prohibited from bidding on lots they have consigned to the auction.
Buyer's Premium
A buyer's premium of ten percent (10%) of the high bid will be added to the high bid to determine the price for the auction lot.
Tax (Farm/Ranch Auction No Tax)
The current rate for Park County, Wyoming is four percent (4%). The total high bid, including the buyer's premium rate, will be added to determine the final selling price for the auction lot. (However this is a Farm/Ranch Auction and all items will be sold tax exempt.)
Payment
After the sale concludes, winning bidders will receive a call from a Swenson's Auctions Representative confirming payment type. If no contact has been made by 12:00 P.M. On pickup day, your card on file will be automatically charged. A 3% surcharge fee will be added to invoice totals on ALL credit card purchases.
All buyers must pay for their purchases in full 24 hours after the auction ends. No items can be removed until payment has been received by the Auction Company. Swenson's Auctions accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Cashier's Check, Personal or Company Checks and Credit Cards.
Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the buyer at time of payment and the buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property at that time. Swenson's Auctions reserves the right to resell any property not paid for in full by the conclusion of the stated pickup period. In any such event, the Buyer will still be responsible for payment for the original purchase and the costs of collection of this payment and/or damages resulting from the resale of the property.

Inspection Dates and Times
All personal property in this auction is available for inspection on location according to the schedule below.
Preview
All items are available online for viewing from April 3rd, 2023 5:00 PM MST- Wednesday April 19th, 2023 5:00 PM MST. This auction is an open preview stop anytime. There will be scheduled previews April 10th & April 17th (3PM-6PM) at all locations. To preview a specific item, or have Questions or Concerns, contact Travis Swenson at 307-272-7490. Or Zack at 307-899-2086. or the specified number within the lot description if the item is at another location.
Pickup
All items must be picked up from their current locations only after Swenson's Auctions has received and acknowledged payment in full. All Items will be paid for at the Main Barn Located at 975 Lane 10 Powell, WY. Buyers are responsible for rigging, loading, and moving all items purchased without assistance from Swenson's Auctions. Bring your own MAN POWER!!! Items will not be released unless a paid receipt, digital or hard copy, is present.
Shipping
Buyer is welcome to arrange their own shipping on Large Farm Items as long as Prior arrangements are made and Payment is collected. For questions please contact Travis 307-272-7490 or Zack 307-899-2086.
Auction Ending
Beginning at the stated closing time (April 19th, 2023 at 5:00 PM MST), the auction software will conclude the bidding for each item in catalog order every 20 seconds with the following exception: if a bid is placed in the last two (2) minutes remaining for that auction lot, bidding for that lot will remain open for an additional two (2) minutes. Some lots may be grouped together so that a bid on one lot will extend the time on all lots in that group.
Debt Collection and Interest Charges
The buyer agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred by Swenson's Auctions in its efforts to collect unpaid funds from the buyer. The buyer agrees that a fee of 2% of the outstanding balance per month be added to any unpaid balance due Swenson's Auctions. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Park County, Wyoming.
Pickup Date(s)
All items must be removed by either Thursday, April 20th or Friday, April 21st 2023, 8AM-5PM, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH TRAVIS SWENSON!!! NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE!!!
Limitation of Liability
If, for any reason, Swenson's Auctions is unable to make available or deliver any Purchase, or portion thereof, or documentation required in respect of any Purchase, the sole liability of Swenson's Auctions, if any, shall be the return of monies paid in respect of such Purchase upon its return by Purchaser.
Age Requirement
All bidders must be 18 years of age or older.
Bidder information and Security
All registration information the bidder provides to Swenson's Auctions shall be current, complete and accurate. All bidders are responsible for any bids placed under their bidding numbers and passwords. The security of bidder information is the responsibility of the bidder. Bidders must notify Swenson's Auctions if they believe that their bidder number and password have been compromised.
Tie Bid or Uncertainty
In the event of a TIE BID or any uncertainty as to offered last and highest bid the Auctioneer has a right to resolve any such at the time by accepting the Bid that the Auctioneer believes is in good faith and was the last, highest and best bid. Auctioneer may open the bidding between the parties at his discretion and option and such decision will be final and binding on affected parties.
