A 13% buyer's premium will be added to the final purchase price of each item. After 30 days on day 31 and forward a storage fee of $25.00 a day will be charged. After 60 days, the items will be considered abandoned and resold. All monies will be retained by KDS Enterprises Group LLC and any losses will be the delinquent buyer's due to their failure to perform. There will be a $10.00 bill of sale fee and a $25.00 title fee where applicable. NO STOP PAYENT ORDERS OR CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS: No stop payment orders or credit card chargebacks. Each bidder further agrees that if, in violation of these terms and conditions, a stop payment order is issued or a credit card chargeback is initiated, these buyer terms & conditions will be conclusive evidence of the bidder's (i) waiver of any rights to issue a stop payment order or to initiate a credit card chargeback, and (ii) agreement not to issue a stop payment order or to initiate a credit card chargeback; and each bidder acknowledges and agrees that the auctioneers presentation of these bidder terms and conditions to the bank, credit card company, or other financial institutions against which a check was drawn or that issued the credit card on which charges were made, such bank, credit card company, or other financial institution will reverse any stop-payment order and/or reverse or deny any credit card chargeback, and will re-credit all amounts to, or for the account of auctioneer. If, in violation of these bidder terms and conditions, a bidder issues a stop payment order or initiates a credit card chargeback, such bidder, even if successful, will remain liable for all purchases made at the auction, and will be responsible for all costs and expense, including attorney's fees, incurred by or on behalf of auctioneer and/or seller in challenging the stop payment order or credit card chargeback and in collecting payment. Each bidder acknowledges and agrees that the covenant not to issue a stop payment order or initiate a credit card chargeback is a condition to the issuance of a bidder number to such bidder, and is being made as an inducement for the auctioneer to accept such bidder's bidder registration, to issue a bidder number, and to permit the bidder to bid at the auction. Each bidder acknowledges and agrees that auctioneer is relying on the covenant not to issue a stop payment order or to initiate a credit card chargeback in accepting such bidder's bidder registration, in issuing a bidder number, and in permitting the bidder to bid at the auction. After reading the description you can now bid. Click on the "bid button". You can bid to the next increment or place a max bid. If you choose max bid the computer will bid for you up to your max amount. Preset bidding increments have been set up. As the price of an item increases the bid amount increments will increase. It is not necessary to enter a decimal point and zeros to your bid amount. The computer software will enter them for you. Some items will be sold "times the money". If it's a sold "times the money" item it will look like this "X5". Example: If an item sells for $2 dollars each and it is a X5 lot then the price will be $10. Bidding Live: You can also bid live as the auction closes. 30 minutes before the auction closes click on "enter live auction" button. Place your bids as the increments increase. Auction Closing: Our Internet auctions use a "soft close" format. An item will close every 10 seconds after the beginning of an auction. This gives the bidder the opportunity to bid on more than one item. If there is an advance bid inside of 2 minutes to close the bidding, that item will be extended by 2 minutes.
