The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer is the buyer. The auctioneer is the sole determinant to who is the successful bidder.
Payment: All Bidders must register with debit/credit card to authenticate you are a legitimate bidder.
Accepted methods of payment: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Cash. Local Checks (Clinton, Cumberland and Wayne Counties Ky) will be accepted if person is known by the auction company and if Items are picked up in person.
Sales Tax: Kentucky Sales Tax (6%) will be added to the sale price. Ky. Dealers or other exempt parties must provide proper documentation to the Auctioneer before payment.
Any dispute between Neal Realty and Auction, its Auctioneers or Representatives and the Buyer(s) will be tried in a court of jurisdiction in Clinton County, Kentucky. By bidding on the property, the buyer agrees to all terms and conditions set forth.
No international sales or shipping.
Neal Realty and Auction Agents and Representatives are agents of the Seller. Buyer and or Bidder agrees to hold harmless and indemnity Neal Realty and Auction and its Agents and its Representatives from any and all claims, damages, or suits including but not limited to awards, judgements, costs, fees, etc.
Neal Realty and Auction reserves the right to alter this agreement at any time. This will take place by updating this site. Please check back and review these terms as every time you use this site you agree to the terms as they are written at that time.
Any auction company employees and or the auction company may bid on and purchase auction items.

Automatic knives, butterfly knives or balisong knives by Fedex or UPS but will not be shipped to prohibited states and municipalities. Allow 3 days for Invoices to be sent via email, and allow up to 3 weeks for shipping. Due to the number of knives in this auction, we will ship as expeditiously as is practicable. Buyer(s) to pay all cost associated with shipping. Pickup will be Friday 4/21/2023 from 11:00 AM till 7:00 PM Eastern Time Zone at the Neal Realty and Auction office located at 520 Tennessee Road, Albany KY.
Lots start closing at 5:00 Eastern on Monday April 17th 2023. There will be 10s between each lot closing. Bidding will be extended three minutes on any lot if a bid is made within the last two minutes on the lot's closing.
