This auction is round 3 of our Pierce City 1892 Victorian home we purchased with contents. IT was an 1892 Victorian home full of treasures. We will have a 4th and final round in the near future to our surprise.
In addition, we have taken on a living estate down-sizing situation which originated on the ocean in Mexico before being moved to Branson. We are selling some very nice hand made furniture and high end furnishing. All of which are in like new condition.

Welcome to The Estate Depot Auction house. If you are new here we would like to extend a very warm welcome to you! We are a full service auction company. This auction is at our Ozark location: West Clay Street, Ozark, Missouri 65721.
Pre-bidding is open now. We encourage you to pre-bid and enter your maximum bid. The system will proxy bid in increments of $2.50 and in the event of a tie, the pre-bidder will be the winner.
Lot 1 will close at 6 PM CST on Monday, April 3rd. You can attend the auction from your La-Z-Boy chair as all bidding takes place online. Each lot will close in numerical order starting at 6 pm CST.
Pickup is one day only. Tuesday, April 4th from 9 am to 4 pm at: 1781 West Clay Street, Ozark, Missouri 65721. It's imperative you make this pickup date or make other arrangements in advance by calling Steve Becker at 417.699.9480. Because we have more than one location and sell out of people's homes also trying to pickup is tricky. Our locations are only open during preview and pickup dates. The remainder of the time there is nobody working there where you can swing in and pickup your items. There are no refunds for abandoned items.
We ship all items that will fit in a box with the exception of incredibly fragile items such as a chandeliers, sets of china or framed pictures. We do not ship furniture, mattresses or large appliances.
