We are providing as much detailed information as possible and will try to answer any questions when asked. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increments he feels is in the best interest of his client, the Seller. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the Seller. AUCTIONEERS NOTE: If you do not come pick up your items during the designated pickup times then you will have forfeited your items and tilte will revert back to the seller. No refunds will be issed for abandoned items, no exceptions. If you know that you cannot come pickup your items on designated pickup date either make plans to have your items picked up or do not bid. Buyers must come prepared and with plenty of help to load large/heavy item during the designated pickup time. Auction company does not have staff on hand to load. Auction Company does not offer shipping on any items, this auction is a local pickup only.
