Auction Terms & Conditions No overseas bidders may participate in this auction. This is an online only auction using the Hi-bid platform. You must create an account with Hi-bid in order to register to bid. You must register for a bidder number to participate. Click on the "Register to Bid" tab and follow the directions. Please verify that all the profile information you enter is correct. A valid credit card is required for bidding approval. A $1.00 validation charge will be placed on your credit card as a hold and will be released in 5-7 days. You will receive an email once your registration is approved and you will then be able to participate in the auction. By participating in the auction, the bidder is agreeing to all of the terms and conditions of the auction. This auction will post on March 13th, 2023. You can start bidding at that time. The auction will begin closing on March 31st, 2022 at 7:00 pm. Lots will be spaced 30 seconds apart. This auction has a 60 second soft close. This means that lots will remain open for bidding until no bids have been entered in the last 60 seconds. Applicable sales tax will be collected. We accept Cash, Personal Checks if known by the auction company, credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Discover. A 3.9% credit card convenience fee will be added. Your credit card will be charged for the items you have won unless you have informed us you would prefer to pay with cash. Payment must be made in full before release at pickup or shipping. Payment and pickup arrangements MUST be made within 72 hours from the end of the auction or items are at risk of forfeiture. Steel City Auctions reserves the right to make changes, corrections or cancellation to this auction without notice. All items have been represented to the best of our ability and our service assumes no liability for any errors or omissions in this auction or any technology malfunctions. All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantees. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Ultimately, it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the value of the item for which the bid is being placed. Payment Terms
We accept Cash, Personal Checks if known by the auction company and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Discover. A 3.9% credit card convenience fee will be added. Payment must be made in full before release at pickup or shipping of your item. Payment MUST be made by April 2, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. MST or items may risk forfeiture. Please have your payment option recorded prior to the auction ending. Send us an email well before the end of the auction letting us know which form of payment you would like to use. Cash or Credit Card? If no preference is given your card on file will be automatically charged at the end of the auction.
Winning bidders must schedule a pickup time. Text or call 719-717-6734. Pickups dates are April1, 2023 to April 2nd, 2023 between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm. Pickup location will be 3029 E 4th St Pueblo CO. Please call to schedule a pick up time to to insure someone is there to help you. If you have a conflict and can not pickup during this time frame, please call before the end of the pick up window to schedule a more convenient time. Any items not picked up within this time period may be deemed abandoned property and resold or otherwise disposed of. Confirm your shipping address is correct when registering. We are not responsible for shipping errors due to your address not being correct within the system. Unless prior arrangements have been made, any items not picked up or shipping arrangements made during these time frames will be considered abandoned property and will roll over to the next auction or be otherwise disposed of. No refund of payment will be issued and the funds will be donated to the Colorado Fallen Firefighter Foundation.
