This auction starts closing on Sunday, March 26th at 7:00pm CST (15 second stagger, 2 minute soft close on all lots).

PAYMENTS:
Online purchases will be charged at the conclusion of the auction on the credit card used to register. No items are released until the payment is collected. Cash buyers must notify us prior to closing that they intend to pay cash at pickups or the credit card used for registration will be charged. Note: cash payment options only available to bidders that have established an history of scheduling pickup appointments and not abandoning lots.
If charges are DECLINED by the credit card processor, a non-sufficient funds charge of $25.00 will be charged each time processing is denied. The buyer will be notified by email of NSF transaction and will have 24-hours to contact Leah at Patriot Partners Removal LLC at 920-214-3204 with alternative payment method. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Shipping at the buyers expense will commence Thursday, March 30th. Opt into shipping by e-mailing info@patriotpartnersremoval.com. We can only ship lots that are marked with shipping available. We will ship anywhere in the contiguous United States. Shipping outside of the United States will be considered on a lot by lot basis - please contact us prior! There is a $10 minimum handling fee on all shipments. See shipping tab for more info. Credit cards used for registration will be charged after items have been shipped.

Primary Pickups:
All primary pick-ups must be in person on Tuesday, March 28th from 10:00am - 4:00pm in Appleton. Alternate pickups are available, see below. If space is available, please pull up to the garage or wait patiently until space becomes available. Present your paid receipt or issue payment to release your lots. PPR will haul lots from the basement to the entry of the garage. You are responsible for packing and loading your items from this point on. If you have furniture or large bulky items please bring help, PPR may not be available to assist in loading your vehicle or truck. Please bring your own boxes, tools, packing material and dollies if required, PPR does not supply. Removal shall be at the expense, risk and liability of the purchaser. Purchases will be delivered only on presentation of paid bill. Auctioneer shall not be responsible for goods not removed within the time allowed, but shall have the option to remove and store at the expense and risk of the purchaser any article purchased, but not paid for and removed within the time aforesaid.
Alternate Pickups (additional fees):
Alternate pickups are not available for this auction. All lots will need to be picked up in Appleton on Tuesday, March 28th from 10:00am - 4:00pm.
TRANSPORT / TRUCKING COMPANY / THIRD-PARTY PICK-UP OF PAID ITEMS:
NO PICK-UP OF ITEMS ON DAY OF AUCTION CLOSING.
If your pick-up is being done by anyone other than you, a transport or trucking company, you must notify us prior and they must have a copy of your paid receipts (NO EXCEPTIONS) and follow the pick-up in person procedures above. PPR will not do any packing, you have to make arrangements with the transport or trucking company that you are using.
1. All bidders acknowledge that they have read these terms and conditions of auction / sale and agree to be bound thereby. If you do not understand any of these terms and conditions, it is the bidder's responsibility to contact our office and ask a member of management for clarification before registering.
2. The highest bidder to be the buyer.
3. All sales are FINAL. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
4. All items are sold at so much each unless noted otherwise.
5. All bidders are required to register before bidding.
6. Bidders are responsible for their bids and their bidding numbers.
7. No removal of any item(s) is allowed before full satisfactory payment is made.
8. All lots are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with all faults, imperfections and errors of description. Patriot Partners Removal LLC is not responsible for errors of description, errors of measurements or for genuineness or authenticity of any lot, or for any fault or defect in it. All measurements are approximate. Buyers are responsible for viewing items in their entirety before bidding.
9. All purchases lie at the buyers risk immediately.
10. No Credit Card Chargebacks. YOU agree that such YOU will not, under any circumstances, initiate a credit card chargeback with respect to any purchases at the Auction. YOU further agree that if, in violation of these Terms and Conditions, a credit card chargeback is initiated, these Bidder Terms and Conditions will be conclusive evidence of YOUR agreement not to initiate a credit card chargeback; and YOU acknowledge and agree that on the presentation of these Bidder Terms and Conditions to the bank, credit card company, or other financial institution that issued the credit card on which charges were made, such bank, credit card company, or other financial institution will reverse or deny any credit card chargeback, and will re-credit all amounts to or for the account of Auctioneer. If, in violation of these Bidder Terms and Conditions, YOU initiate a credit card chargeback, even if successful, YOU will remain liable for all purchases made at the Auction, and YOU will be responsible for all costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, incurred by or on behalf of Auctioneer and/or any Seller(s) in challenging the credit card chargeback and in collecting payment. YOUR agreement not to initiate a credit card chargeback is a condition to YOUR Registration as a Bidder, and for the privilege of bidding at the Auction, and is being made as an inducement for Auctioneer to accept YOUR Registration and to permit YOU to bid at the Auction. Auctioneer is relying on YOUR agreement not to initiate a credit card chargeback in accepting YOUR Bidder Registration and in permitting YOU to bid at the Auction.
11. Purchases are to be removed at the buyers expense and risk. Buyers are responsible to bring their own tools, moving supplies and help. Buyers must supply their own boxes, packing materials and dollies if needed. In default of which, the auctioneers will not be responsible for any loss and or damage.
12. In case of inability to deliver any lot because of theft or any other reason whatsoever, the responsibility of Patriot Partners Removal LLC. is based on the selling price of the lot only.
13. Bidding at the auction / sale is in American Dollars with an additional 12% buyers fee added to the auction price and all applicable taxes which apply. Payment can be made by Visa/ MasterCard/American Express/Discover. Cash is accepted for return customers (upon approval)
14. Auction Dates and Times. Auction dates and times are set by the seller and are subject to change without notice.
15. Patriot Partners Removal LLC. act as agents only; they have full discretion to refuse any bidding, to divide any lot, to combine any two or more lots and to withdraw any lots from the auction / sale without any given reason or notice.
16. All buyers are subject to GST 5.5% taxes. PST exempt buyers must provide a valid PST# at time of registration for bidding.
17. Patriot Partners Removal LLC. shall not be responsible for any items paid and not picked-up and removed by removal dates specified. PPR will consider these items abandoned and have the option of removing, storing, reselling or disposing of these items as we see fit at the expense and risk of the purchaser for any article(s) purchased.
18. Claims - NO claims will be allowed after items are removed from premises.
