Description
No observed serial number. Break open or break barrel shotgun. Lever to break barrel open is non-working. Overall wear to metal and wood surfaces. Some metal bluing finish worn off in high contact areas. FFL is required to purchase. Preview is recommended. A valid New Mexico ID and an FFL is required to purchase. Preview for weapons will only be on Monday March 27th between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm. Weapons will not be on-site at any other time. Buyer is required to pass a background check. Buyer to make payment of the firearm to us before we will transfer firearm to a local firearms dealer here in the the Albuquerque area. Buyer is responsible for the $15 FFL transfer fee upon pickup of gun from the local firearms dealer. New Mexico ID required. There will be NO refunds if buyer fails to pass FFL regardless of the reason. OUT OF STATE BUYERS You will also be charged for USPS shipping label with insurance, a $100.00 handling fee. Will be shipped from our FFL dealer to your FFL dealer. If you are a FFL holder you will need to send us a copy of your license. We will not ship to the following states regardless; California, Illinois, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Hawaii, Maryland and Massachusetts Make sure you are able to have this firearm in your municipality or city. There will be No refunds if the transaction fails on your end.
