Please present the invoice when attending the pickup day. Items can only be picked up on the scheduled pickup day. Shipping is not available. Alternative pickup dates for furniture can be arranged with prior authorization and payment in full by April 2. Payment is in person via credit card, debit card or cash. Etransfer payment to timothy@timothyestatesales.com can be accepted the day before the pickup date, but not in person. There is a 15 percent buyer's premium and 13 percent HST for all purchases. Lot measurements are in inches unless otherwise specified. Furniture measurements are width X depth X height. Artwork and mirrors are height X width. All items are sold as-is/where-is. Please examine the photos and read the descriptions carefully. Buyers accept that items may have undisclosed flaws or damage. Buyers agree to not hold the owners and/or operators of the pickup property, and/or the pickup staff, responsible for loss, damage, injury, accident, mishap or incident.
