When you register for the auction and submit a bid, you are agree that you are contractually bound to pay the full purchase price plus buyer's premium. By registering for the auction you hereby agree that there will be no refunds and agree relinquish any right to credit card charge backs.
All sales are final and the highest bidder has no right of rescission and no refund or exchange rights.
Since all items and equipment are being sold "AS IS - WHERE IS", it means that the purchaser is buying "with all faults" and without any warranty or guarantee of any type, expressed or implied. The first lot will close at 3:00pm with consecutive lots closing every few seconds so the last lots will close within a few hours. We utilize extended bidding - if bids come in during the last minute, the bidding on that item will extend for (2) minutes. Once all of the bidding on that lot has stopped the lot will be sold.
