TERMS AND CONDITIONS
** All property is sold "AS IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, value or any other determinative factor prior to placing a bid.
**C Double M Auctions will attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and within the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall C Double M be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Please feel free to contact C Double M with any specific questions on items prior to bidding.
*** Online bidders understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor.
**C Double M Auctions will attempt to describe each item and any pertinent information about it.
**C Double M Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.
** C Double M Auctions reserves the right to withdraw, add, or re-catalog items in this auction. C Double M Auctions reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder.
** Items are to be paid in full prior to removal from auction site. All items are to be removed on the pickup date noted unless arrangement is made with C Double M Auctions prior to bidding. Please provide a copy of your invoice for item pickup. All bids are considered a contract and shall be treated as such.
** C Double M Auctions it's agents and personal property owners are not responsible for accidents or injuries incurred during any preview, local pickup, or other consideration pertinent to the property or properties at which the auction is being conducted.
** All Bidders agree to pay stated Buyer's Premium of 10 % unless otherwise noted in auction description.
** Items may be sold with a Reserve the Reserve and the amount may or may not be disclosed, but please contact C Double M Auctions with any questions including those post the auction conclusion.
** Items not picked up at the stated local pickup time/date or at another pre-arranged time frame will be considered forfeited. it is the buyer's responsibility to contact C Double M Auctions to arrange for pickup of items outside of dates and times listed for pickup at the auction please understand that we cannot hold items for an extended period of time which will be determined by C Double M Auctions.
** C Double M reserves the right to relist items not picked up during stated or agreed upon times. Any fees associated with items not picked up during auction will be charged to the buyer's credit card on file.
** " All bidders must be 18 years of age or older and register with a valid credit card to bid on this auction. All bidders and others participating in this auction agree that they have read these terms and agree to be bound by and abide by these terms thereby. Bidder and his or her agents and employees agree to assume all risks of damage to person or property. Bidder and his or her agents and employees specifically release and forever indemnify Auctioneer, it's employees, agents, and assigns, from any liability and causes of action.INVOICING:
An invoice and payment instructions will be sent to each buyer's registered email at the close of the auction. All Iowa, non-exempt residence will be charges 7% sales tax on purchases. Please read email message completely for payment instructions. Please contact us at 641-217-0920 if you do not receive an invoice from us within 24 hours of auction close. Payment must be received at time of checkout and pickup following the conclusion of the auction. If payment is not received or payment arrangements made within 1 day after the conclusion of the auction, the buyer will lose all right, title and interest to the item(s), including any and all monies.
