NOTICE: This auction has an abundance of tools. (So will the next one at this location). Instead of pluging everything in and testing them I am going to guarantee them for 48 hours. If you pick up a tool (or anything with a power cord) and it doesn't work we will void the winning bid. Those of you that have done business with us know we are not out to do anything but good! If it doesn't work you don't have to own it. Please note and respect the 48 hours as I do have to dispurse funds to the estate. If you show up two weeks later with an item I can't help you. 48 hours from the pick up date. We are liquidating a living estate from Shell Knobb. A beautiful lake house and the retired couple owned and operated a model train business. They had multi level trains in the back yard and built it all themselves. She invented a way to get to 120th scale on rocks and published a book on model trains and much more. Much of her shop is in this auction and the remainder will be in the next one. In addition, she collected art and some antiques which will be in other auctions at our Ozark location in the near future. As usual stay tuned to our online auction as we've got some amazing estates in the pipe-line. I very much appreciate each of you and if you're not happy just let me know and I'll change that. Lastly, our next auction is in Ozark and I'm starting a fund raiser and food drive for Whispering Willows dog sanctuary. For those of you that have been around me, you know I am an animal lover and enjoy saving animals. Helping them find a forever home is sometimes part of our job as estate liquidators and I find great joy in it. I'll share a story or two in the next fund raiser. Just know that this sanctuary takes in elderly dogs whom are homeless and were destined to be put down. It is a cage free facility that cares for and loves these dogs until their last day. Naturally caring for elderly animals includes a lot of medical expenses, medications and treatments etc. These find people make sure this happens. They are a non-profit and depend on donations 100 percent. More to come on this effort soon! Welcome to The Estate Depot Auction house. We also assist those who are downsizing & rightsizing by selling the items they do not wish to move to their new residence. We offer complete estate clean-outs including trash hauls, If you would like to auction your vehicles, boats, trailers and real estate we can do that also! We are a full service auction house and we will have your home either ready for your realtor or sold within 10 days after we get started! The only thing you need to do as the owner (or family) is remove the items you're keeping. We will come in and complete the enourmous task of getting the residence empty. We sell here on HiBid because it's a nationwide platform and your auction will have a much wider audience looking at your items and that translates into more bids and more final value!!!! We strive to list one auction a week and our auctions end on Monday evenings at 6 pm Central time. Variety for everyone this week. We have an in person preview on Friday, March 17th from 1 to 3 pm. This auction is at our Springfield location: 1528 South Glenstone, Springfield, Missouri 65804. Pre-bidding is open now. We encourage you to pre-bid and enter your maximum bid. The system will proxy bid in increments of $2.50 and in the event of a tie, the pre-bidder will be the winner. Lot 1 will close at 6 PM CST on Monday, March 20th. You can attend the auction from your La-Z-Boy chair as all bidding takes place online. Each lot will close in numerical order starting at 6 pm CST. Pickup is one day only. Tuesday, March 21st from 9 am to 4 pm at 1528 South Glenstone Ave., Springfield, Missouri 65804. It's imperative you make this pickup date or make other arrangements in advance by calling Steve Becker at 417.699.9480. Because we have more than one location and sell out of people's homes also trying to pickup is tricky. Our locations are only open during preview and pickup dates. The remainder of the time there is nobody working there where you can swing in and pickup your items. There are no refunds for abandoned items. We ship all items that will fit in a box with the exception of incredibly fragile items such as a chandeliers, sets of china or framed pictures. There is a $5.00 surcharge per bidder number. So if you buy 10 items you are only charged one surcharge of $5.00. Shipping cost is actual plus the $5.00 and insurance is required on all shipments. We will gladly use Flat Rate Boxes to save you money. * For internet-only auctions, we reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. *If you're unable to make the pick up dates please make arrangements in advance by calling Steve Becker at 417.699.9480. Items not claimed within 7 days are considered abandoned and no refunds will be issued. Please note that if you are bidding on an auction that's at our Glenstone address we will not transfer sold items to Ozark. Important note: we are not available everyday at the Glenstone location. It is usually locked and secured making it hard for you to retrieve items outside of THE NORMAL SCHEDULED pick up time. If you are bidding on an auction that we're conducting from the residence and you fail to pickup on the assigned date, we will move your items to Ozark for pickup for a fee of $25.00. If your items are lost or stolen during this process, we are not responsible. All items must be claimed within 7 days. No refunds will be issued. Cash, credit/debit card. Visa, Master Card, Discover. There is a 3 percent fee for cards. Bring cash and save. We do not accept American Express. Payment is due at pickup.
If your winning item(s) will fit into a box we will ship it. We are happy to combine shipping. Cost to ship is actual plus $3 per box. We do use USPS and UPS and coordinate the most cost effective solution for you including Flat Rate Boxes through USPS. If you need shipping just hit reply to your emailed invoice and let us know. Also, please allow up to 5 days for shipping to be completed. We will add the cost of shipping to your invoice, charge your card, email you a new paid invoice and then you will receive a seperate email with your tracking information.
