The purchaser of ANY firearm must possess a valid state issued driver's license or state ID with current address and must be able to pass a BATF NCIC background check. Failure to pass the background check will end any rights of ownership to the firearm.A 25.00 processing fee is charged to whoever buys the gun.SHIPPING WILL COST 25.00
