PLEASE BRING HELP TO LOAD YOUR ITEMS. We do not provide labor at the time of the auction pickup.
THIS IS A SOFT CLOSE AUCTION. AT 7:00 PM THE FIRST LOT WILL CLOSE AND EVERY 10 SECONDS AFTER THAT A LOT WILL CLOSE. IF A LOT RECEIVES A BID IN THE 60 SECONDS THAT IT IS CLOSING IT WILL EXTEND THE BIDDING ON THE LOT AN ADDTIONAL 60 SECONDS.
* No Indiana Sales Tax will be charged
* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.
* All descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed.
* Bidder inspection is encouraged.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
* We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion.
* Buyer's premium rate charged. - 15%
* Payment types - Credit Card ( VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS)
*All items must be removed on the date listed for pick up. If items are not picked up by that time, they are forfeited and will become property of the auction company.
* No packing supplies or loading help will be provided so be sure to plan ahead to bring the items / people that you need
*If you bid on items and your credit card declines, you do not communicate with us and don't show up for the pick up you will be BANNED from bidding on our auctions. There is ZERO TOLERANCE with this issue. NO EXCEPTIONS!
*A working phone number MUST be provided. If we are unable to contact you via phone, text or email this could cause you to be declined from all future auctions.
*Vehicle does have a title and will be mailed to the buyer as soon as the funds are received and the auction is settled.
* Shipping is available. Buyers will be charged a per box rate of $10, supplies, and the shipping cost. You will receive a text to pay for your shipping prior to the end of the auction. All items and shipping must be paid in full before item is shipped.
* If you need shipping, please reach out to Jerrett Flesher @ 765-716-8418 before the end of the auction.
*If items are damaged that were shipped the buyer agree's to work with the shipping companies insurace division to receive a refund for the items purchased. Each item we ship is insured for the value it sold for in the auction sale. Buyer agree's to hold harmless Flesher Brothers Auctioneering & Real Estate Inc. for any damages caused during the shipping process. Items will be packaged and shipped to the best of our ability.
IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWNG THE END OF THE AUCTION, CREDIT CARDS ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED AND RECEIPTS WILL EMAILED. IF YOUR CREDIT CARD IS DECLINED AN ADDITIONAL 3 % CHARGE WILL BE ASSESED TO PROCESS A CREDIT CARD A SECOND TIME
