For successful Buyers, A 10% buyers premium will be charged to the total invoice price on personal property. New Indiana laws make all Online only Auctions subject to Indiana Sales tax unless Buyer can provide appropriate Sales tax exemption forms. Immediately when an item is Sold it becomes the property and responsibility of the Buyer. All items sell AS-IS with no warranties or guarantees by the Seller(s) or the Auction company.
