Auction Terms and Conditions: 1. Auction is online only, no floor bids or absentee bids accepted. 2. Everything is sold as is, no warranties, guarantees, no refunds or returns. You assume responsibility for the condition of the item when you place the bid and waive the right to inspect the item in person if you did not come to inspect the item before bidding. Bid at your own risk and judgement. We do not guarentee the grade, authencity or condition of an item. You assume the responsibility when you place your bid. 3. Bidder is responsible for notifying the auction company if shipping is required. The auction company will assume the bidder needs shipping if the address on file is more then 2 hours away or in another state. SHIPPING NOTE- If you are buying gold and silver and need shipping you may be required to send proof of Identification with a picture ID, before we ship. The photo ID must match the name and address on file. If you ask us to ship to a different address you may be asked to show proof of the address. 4. The bidder must notify the auction house if they are paying cash at pick up. 5. Winning bidders must pick up the items on the specified at day for the auction. 6. SHIPPING- USA & CANADA ONLY-Only items marked shipping available will be shipped. Please don't bid on items not marked for shipping if you require shipping. Unshipped items will be charged on your invoice and not shipped and you could possibled be banned from future auctions. WIll not ship weapons or knives to Canada. 7.Winning bids will be clerked at the completion of the auction and all invoices will be charged to the card registered on HiBid and the reciept will be emailed to winning bidders. Please check your spam mail if you did not receive the invoice. The shipping price will be added to the invoice when the items are boxed and weighed. The amount for shipping will be charged to the credit card on HiBid. You will recieve an updated paid invoice showing both charges. If you notify us before the close of auction that you are paying cash at pick up your card will not be charged. You must notify us through Hibid. 8. If the credit card is declined the winning bidder has 48 hours to pay the invoice or the sale will be canceled. Nonpaying bidders could possibly be permantly banned from future auctions. 9. Bidders with a negative Hibid score will be automatically declined from bidding. 10. Winning bidders picking up their items must notify the auction company if they can not pick up the items on time. Items not picked up on the specified day will be forfited and not refunded. All credit cards on file will be charged at the end of the auction. If you can not pick up do not bid. 11. Winning bidders must be able to load and haul their items. The auction may or may not supply help to load and will not deliver. Bring your own packing materials and boxes. 12. Firearms and ammunition must be paid for in cash and will not be shipped. Firearms must be picked up at the FFL dealer designated by the auction company and will have to pay the FFL dealer an additional fee. All firearms sales must meet federal and state laws and will be strictly adhered to. 13. Shipping for this auction - limited shipping in this auction. All items that can be shipped will be marked as such. We charge our discounted shipping rate PLUS $3.00 for supplies and labor. Shipping is done via USPS first class, USPS Priority, USPS Media Mail for qualified items, Fedex or UPS. No other forms of shipping will be accepted. All shipping labels will be provided by the auction service, with tracking number and insurance. All costs listed below include packaging, supplies, shipping and insurance. We will NOT ship anything using postage stamps and placed in an envelope. We do our best to combine shipping to keep costs down and only charge a nominal handling fee to cover our costs, $3 per Box. SHIPPING to USA and CANADA ONLY. a. SHIPPING DOLLS- Porcelain head dolls will be charged an extra $10 per doll to pack and prepare. We ship Porcelain Head dolls using UPS Ground with insurance. We are not responsible for breakage during shipping. You will be provided the tracking number so you can claim insurance if the dolls are broken during shipping. b. DOLLS and all other items are sold as is with no returns or refunds. We make no claims of the conditions of the dolls or any item on our auction. You take responsibilityfor the condition of the item when you place your bid.
