Featuring a large assortment collectible diecast steel, molded rubber, and plastic, toy cars, trucks, tow trucks, emergency & military vehicles by makers including Tootsietoy, Hubley, Ertl, Buddy-L, Lesney, Goodee, Wyandotte, Corgi, Midgetoy, Dinky, Cragstan, Structo, Tonka, and F&F, (Post Cereal premiums). Also collectible pull toys from Fisher Price; automobilia (including ephemera and advertising pieces); balsa & fiberglass remote controlled-airplanes and accessories; model kits for cars & planes, and antique auto-related collectibles.
Terms of sale: Each item for sale is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. All sales are final. NO REFUNDS. Items in this auction are from a business liquidation; some have been pre-used and may contain wear or defects consistent with previous use. We have made every attempt to describe each item as accurately as possible. We are not responsible for errors or omissions in the descriptions. Before bidding, you should also verify the accuracy of the listed item descriptions and inspect the condition of listed items prior to bidding on them. We will answer questions to the best of our ability and provide additional photographs of lots upon request. A 15% Buyer’s Premium is applied to all purchases. 6.25% MA sales tax. Tax exempt buyers must provide their resale certificate/tax exempt number when obtaining a bidder’s number. Payment must be made in U.S. dollars. Online payment options are available upon request. Complete payment is required within seven (7) days after the conclusion of the auction. Raucher Brothers Auctioneers reserves the right to hold items or titles to items until funds clear. All winning bidders must arrange to remove items from the auction location at time of payment. Items not paid for and picked up or shipped within 7 days after auction will be deemed abandoned and those lots will be offered to the underbidder(s). Bidders who abandon lots may receive a “bad bidder” rating that may affect their ability to bid in future auctions. PICKUP/SHIPPING: Auction purchases should be removed on the day of the auction if possible. Items can be picked up Thursday-Sunday, March 16-19 from 10am-5pm; other pickup times by appointment. Third-party shipping is available; buyers are responsible for coordinating payment and delivery arrangements with the shipper.

Payment Terms
Payment must be made in U.S. dollars within seven ( 7) days after the conclusion of the auction. We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards. Phone and online payment options available upon request. You may pay when you arrive to pick up your lots, or you can pay before you arrive, either by phone or online, to speed up the pickup process. Buyers who require shipping are encouraged to call or email to make payments as soon as possible after the end of the auction to expedite shipping. Lots must be paid-for in full before they can be picked up or transferred to shipping. IMPORTANT: Lots that are not paid for within 7 days after the end of the auction will be deemed abandoned, and those lots will be offered to the underbidder(s). Bidders who abandon lots will receive a "bad bidder" rating, and they may be subject to non-payment fees. Failure to pay for lots may affect a bidder's ability to bid in future auctions.

You can pay for/pick up your lots in person, or you can pay for them by phone/online and have us transfer them to our third-party shipper, The Package Store; you can then work directly with The Package Store on shipping arrangements and costs. NOTE: Don has other auctions during the week and may not be able to pickup. Please leave a message and he'll return your call. SHIPPING OPTIONS: All shipping is handled through our third-party shippier, The Package Store (www.thepackagestore.net, 413-282-0048). If you would like your lots shipped, first pay for them via one of the options described above.
