Description
Solid oak pedestal dining table and 4 chairs, the 43"w x 30"t table comes with one 18" leaf and has some scratches to the top (shown). At least one of the chairs has a rung that has come out of joint but most are in good condition.

This auction will be to begin phasing out of this location. All of the items are as described. The auction will run through March 30th, with pick-up the 31st and April 1st, from 9 am until 4 pm. Due to some logistical problems and current shortage of staff, we have postponed the closing of the auction for one week. We apologize for any problems.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL and all items are to be paid for by April 1st. This will be an online only auction. All items are sold as is, where is with all faults By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Buyer's premium rate will be 15% with a 3% discount for cash.
