If you will need shipping, forward a copy of your invoice to auctions@tryc2.com by the end of 3/20. After 3/20 any items not picked up or shipped will be relisted and not refunded. Some items in this auction are damaged, returned items, or missing parts. We inspect each item as best as we can, but it is up to the bidder to inspect the item on inspection day or on pickup day before removing their items from the facility, if they feel it is necessary. BIDDING: Bidding on the first lot will close 3/16 at 5:00pm, with each successive lot delayed slightly. If a bidder places a bid within the last 2 minutes, the end time of that lot will be extended. Full terms of the auction can be found on HiBid. PAYMENT: We are unable to accept cash or checks. The card entered into our site will be charged after the auction's close. At that time you will receive an email with your invoice from c2auctions@tryc2.com. PICKUP/SHIPPING: Pickup takes place the Tuesday following an auction's end. Pickup for this auction is 3/20. You must bring a copy of your invoice to pick up your items. If you do not pick up your items or forward us your invoice for shipping by this date, your items WILL be re-listed and your purchase WILL NOT be refunded. If you will need shipping, forward a copy of your invoice to auctions@tryc2.com by the end of 3/20.
All items and lots are being sold as is, where is. Items do not include any form of warranty or guarantee. The seller does its best to describe the items as accurately as possible and does not assume fault for inaccurate descriptions. It is the customer’s responsibility to view, inspect and test the items on inspection day or on pickup day before removing the items from the facility.. If a customer does not inspect the items there will NOT be a refund for inaccurate information. The customer is responsible for obtaining the functional condition, cosmetic condition, size, weight and ensuring proper quantities. The customer is responsible for loading their own purchases in/on their vehicle. They must bring their own help if help is needed. C2 staff will be assisting other customers and preparing the next auction.

Payment Terms
Payments will be charged to the card on file with HiBid on CHARGE/INVOICE DATE. We do not accept any other forms of payment. All pricing is in USD. Customers will be charged a 10 percent buyer's premium, 5.3 percent sales tax, and a 3 percent credit processing fee. The “13% Buyers Premium” on your invoice includes both the buyers premium and the credit card fee.
Customers picking up their items in person will be helped in the order of their arrival and may have to wait for C2 staff to be available. Shipping will be offered for all lots on this auction. Shipping will take place as quickly as C2 Management can get to the items no longer than 7 days past the payment of the item. If you require shipping, you must forward a copy of your invoice to auctions@tryc2.com before the end of pickup day, March 20th. The customer is responsible for payment of the shipping quote prior to shipping. A handling fee will be included in the shipping cost.
