The model home is located at 1003 & 1005 Marquis Pkwy, Williamsburg, VA 23185 in the Marquis Hills Community. *ADDITIONAL DIRECTIONS: Being a new community, the address likely will not show up in GPS systems (ex. Google Maps, Waze, etc.). We recommend inputting "Ryan Homes at Marquis Hills" into your navigation and selecting the Marquis Parkway location. The GPS may show you have reached your location before you see the community. If you see the shopping center with Target, Khols, Best Buy etc. on your right-hand side, you are headed in the right direction. Immediately following the close of the auction, the credit card you registered with will be charged for all purchases. - Full payment must be made at the closing of the auction. Methods of payment are MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Payment must be made by the registered bidder. - This auction will have a soft close. A soft close means the closing time of a lot will be extended by 1 minute if a bid is placed on that lot in the last minute. -There will be a staggered closing starting at the noted time. This means the first lot will close at the scheduled closing time and thereafter each lot closes sequentially every 5 seconds. NOTE: the bidding will close on intervals in conjunction with the lots closing. - All items are sold as is, where is, with no representation or warranty expressed or implied. All sales are final. No returns or refunds. - Any items not removed by the end of the last day shall revert back to the seller with NO REFUND.

When registering to bid, the registered bidder must be the same as the cardholder on file. If the name of the bidder does not match the billing information, your bids may be declined by the auctioneer. At auction closing, all items you purchased will be charged to the debit/credit card you registered with.
Within 30-minutes of the close of the auction, you will receive an email which includes the following: 1. A copy of your paid invoice. 2. A link to reserve a time slot for pick-up. Pick-up is Saturday (March 4th) ONLY from 12PM to 3:30PM. Please check your email immediately following the auction to reserve a slot.
