Dave holds memberships to the National Auctioneers Association, The Ohio Auctioneers Association, and is a court appointed Appraiser in Butler County. Dave reached a major milestone by being selected as the 2004 Ohio State Grand Champion Auctioneer! Dave's Wife Charlotte Lunsford holds Associates Degrees in Business Office Management and Accounting Technology. She is also Licensed Practical Nurse. The legal and ethical standard imposed by these organizations, along with continued education, ensures honesty, professionalism and the knowledge that is required to successfully and profitably sell your valuable assets.
