The applicable buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot, plus an additional 3% (three-percent) credit card convenience fee. The aforementioned fees are only a part of the total purchase cost. Other costs and fees can include, but are not limited to, handling fees, material costs, per lot fees, shipping and insurance costs, sales tax (if applicable), etc. All costs should be considered and taken into account when determining any and all bids. The catalog available online is a numbered list of all items/lots to be offered for sale at auction on this given day. Again, physical inspection is highly encouraged by all bidders. All item descriptions are based upon visual inspection only. All measurements are approximate and are used for general descriptive purposes only. Bidders are solely responsible for determining the condition and authenticity of items. Physical inspection of items is highly encouraged, since they are used and not new. The condition of items are subject to change. The auction process warrants a multitude of handlers, prior to, during, and after the auction. Item conditions may be altered, including but not limited to, new or additional cracks, tears, rips, leaks, separations, missing pieces, or becoming defective. NO GUARANTEE IS MADE ON CONDITION. The auctioneer determines the highest bidder. As an online bidder you assume any risk associated with "winning" an item and not actually having the item sell to you. This is due to (1) the final hammer of the auctioneer and (2) once a lot is closed on the online bidding platform the operator may not able to re-open that lot. Rentzel's Auction Service, Inc. is not responsible for, and shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions of, or failure to carry out an absentee bid, regardless of how the bid was submitted. This also includes any technical failures that may arise during the auction that affect absentee bids, including but not limited to, internet connections, telephones, computers, and networks. I hereby irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of the appropriate court in York County, Pennsylvania in any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to the claims and their enforcement, and I agree that any and all claims must be adjudicated, heard, determined, and resolved in said court, and I hereby irrevocably waive any objection on the ground that any such action or proceeding in said court has been brought in an inconvenient forum. Payment: We will send Invocies out the afternoon of Wednesday April 13. For Invooices under $2,500.00 we will bill your card on file automaticllay. Bidders Invoices over $2,500.00 will have the option of paying by wire transfer, cash bank / certifed check if approved by auctioneer, credit card or debit card in person at time of pickup.
