Items are to be picked up at the Butler Creek Auction Gallery on Saturday, March 11th 9 :00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. or Sunday, March 12th from 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. If your address is 150 miles from our 72768 zip code, we will automatically ship your purchases and charge your card on file with HiBid unless you request other arrangements by 4 p.m., Sunday March 12th. Allow up to 1-2 weeks for packing and shipping. Check your email and spam folder for an email with a tracking number. Large and/or freight items will be responsibilty of buyer and we will be happy to coordinate with your shipper or arrange a drop-off at our local Pak Mail facililty at your request.
