Department of Licensing will determine the fee based on the vehicle purchased and the registered address. If we have overestimated the fee, you will receive a refund. If we have underestimated the fee, you will be required to pay the balance due. **The maximum charge allowed for a documentary service fee is $200.00. Because the selling price is determined by competitive bidding, our $100.00 documentary service fee is deemed negotiated at time of bidding. ***When the auction closes, the winning bidders credit card will be charged the $500.00 nonrefundable deposit. You will receive an invoice detailing the Invoice Total, the $500.00 nonrefundable deposit applied and the remaining balance due. Credit/Debit Card Payments. 2. Cashier's Check/Money Order. Failure to fulfill payment obligations will affect future bidding privileges and is considered fraud. Legal action may be taken against you.
