If we list an uncertified stamp as faultless or sound, and it is returned with faults, returns will be accepted. Payment 1. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and will be shipped upon payment 2. Shipping will be by USPS or UPS at cost + $3.25 handling per package 3. Successful bidders agree to pay for their purchases.
